Delivery Areas

Mazloum Tiles provides delivery services throughout Egypt. We deliver to all major cities including Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Shubra El-Kheima, Port Said, Suez, Luxor, Mansoura, El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Tanta, Asyut, Ismailia, Faiyum, Zagazig, Aswan, Damietta, Damanhur, Minya, Beni Suef, and Hurghada. For remote areas, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Within Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days

Other major cities: 3-5 business days

Remote areas: 5-7 business days


Express Delivery

Available within Cairo and Giza for urgent orders:

Same day delivery: Order before 12 PM for delivery within 6-8 hours

Next day delivery: Orders placed before 6 PM

Delivery Charges

Free Delivery

• Orders above EGP 5,000 qualify for free standard delivery within Egypt

• Bulk orders (pallets of tiles) include free delivery to construction sites


Standard Delivery Charges

Within Cairo & Giza: EGP 50-150 depending on area

Other major cities: EGP 150-300

Remote areas: EGP 300-500


Express Delivery Charges

Same day: EGP 200-400

Next day: EGP 100-200

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Custom orders or special designs may require additional processing time of 5-10 business days. We will notify you of any delays and provide updated delivery estimates. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Delivery Process & Requirements

What to Expect

• Our delivery team will contact you 24 hours before delivery to confirm timing

• A representative must be present to receive the delivery

• Valid ID is required upon delivery

• Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt


Large/Bulk Orders

• Construction site deliveries available

• Crane or forklift assistance can be arranged (additional charges apply)

• Palletized delivery for tile orders over 50 sqm

Delivery Issues & Support

Damaged or Missing Items

• Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery

• Take photos of damaged packaging and products

Failed Delivery Attempts

• We will attempt delivery up to 3 times

• Storage fees may apply after the third failed attempt

• Customer must arrange pickup or pay additional redelivery charges
