• Tiles and ceramic products in original packaging
• Unused sanitary ware in original condition
• Appliances with original packaging and accessories
• Items with manufacturing defects
Items NOT Eligible for Return
• Custom-made or special order tiles
• Cut or damaged tiles due to improper handling
• Items used in construction or installation
• Electrical items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer negligence
Return Time Limits
Standard Return Period
• Tiles & Ceramics: 14 days from delivery date
• Sanitary Ware: 7 days from delivery date
• Appliances: 14 days from delivery date
• Defective Items: 30 days from delivery date
Important Notes
• Return period starts from the delivery confirmation date
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original purchase receipt required
• Customer must arrange and pay for return shipping

Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Return Authorization: Obtain a return authorization number (RAN)
3. Packaging: Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Documentation: Include original receipt and RAN form
5. Shipping: Arrange pickup or drop-off at nearest showroom
6. Inspection: Items will be inspected upon receipt
7. Processing: Refund processed within 7-10 business days after approval
Refund Methods & Processing
Refund Methods
• Cash Purchases: Cash refund or store credit
• Bank Transfer/Card: Refund to original payment method
• Installment Plans: Prorated refund based on payments made
Processing Times
• Cash Refunds: Available immediately after approval
• Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
• Credit Card: 7-14 business days (depends on bank)
• Mobile Wallet: 24-48 hours
Refund Deductions
• Return shipping costs (unless item is defective)
• Restocking fee: 10% for appliances, 5% for other items
• No deductions for defective or damaged items
Exchange Policy
Product Exchanges
• Exchange available within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition and packaging
• Exchange for same category products only
• Price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
Defective Item Exchange
• Immediate exchange for defective items
• No additional charges for defective item exchanges
• Mazloum Tiles covers return shipping for defective items
Size/Color Exchange
• Available for tiles only (subject to availability)
• Must be same brand and product line
• Customer pays shipping difference if applicable
Special Circumstances
Damaged During Delivery
• Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
• Take photos of damaged items and packaging
• Mazloum Tiles will arrange free replacement
• No return shipping required for damaged items
Wrong Item Delivered
• Contact us immediately upon discovery
• We will arrange free pickup and replacement
• No charges apply for our delivery errors
Bulk Orders
• Special return terms apply for orders over EGP 10,000
• Consult with sales representative for bulk return policies
• May require inspection at customer location
